Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when:
A payment was made in error.
A duplicate payment was processed.
A Service has not yet started within give TAT.
We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with relevant project and payment details.

Any completed work, research, planning, development, or campaign setup performed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Project Cancellation
Cancellation Request Process:
Clients may request project cancellation at any time.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges may apply for completed work up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining balance after project evaluation may be refunded where applicable.
